Dr. Masternick has been practicing medicine since 2001 and began tailoring her practice to treating those affected by addiction in 2013. In 2015, she realized her continuously growing passion for treating those with addiction, and decided to focus solely on addiction treatment. Dr. Masternick joined On Demand in 2018.
“I am passionate about this area of medicine for many reasons, including being a family member of an addict. I treat each patient as an individual, taking into account their individual experiences. Helping people work towards their sobriety and living up to their full potential is my passion.”

Anthony Cesario, APRN
While Tony originally graduated with a degree in finance and business, he found his true passion for nursing when he went back to school in 2003. Through his passion for caring for people, especially those struggling with addiction or mental health, Tony began working in emergency medicine. Tony joined On Demand in 2018.
